En restant longtemps dans l\u2019appareil digestif, la nourriture se d\u00e9shydrate, ce qui rend les selles plus compactes et complique leur expulsion. Sans oublier la grossesse, le d\u00e9but de la m\u00e9nopause, certaines maladies (notamment lorsque la personne doit longuement rester couch\u00e9e), ainsi que les effets secondaires des m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Les troubles peuvent \u00eatre caus\u00e9s par un changement de mode de vie, comme passant d\u2019une profession active, en position debout, \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 en position assise, ou par l&rsquo;arr\u00eat de la cigarette ou des tensions psychologiques.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Concernant le rythme des selles, mieux vaut ne pas stresser. Rien ne sert de se forcer \u00e0 aller aux toilettes si l\u2019on n\u2019en ressent pas le besoin et il faut \u00e9viter de pousser violemment, car cela peut favoriser l\u2019apparition d\u2019h\u00e9morro\u00efdes. Si on arrive \u00e0 au moins 30 minutes, on est sur la bonne voie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La digestion commence d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans la bouche.<\/strong> Manger lentement, bien mastiquer les aliments et souvent saliver facilitent la t\u00e2che de l\u2019appareil digestif. Sans oublier de boire suffisamment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Une bonne digestion d\u00e9bute en cuisine.<\/strong> Parmi les \u00e9pices qui promeuvent la digestion, on peut citer l\u2019anis, le cumin, la cardamome, le fenouil, la sarriette, la coriandre, le laurier, le persil, le romarin, la cannelle, le gingembre, le clou de girofle et le tr\u00e8fle d\u2019eau.<\/li>\n<li>Les tisanes avec du cumin, de l\u2019anis, du fenouil, de l\u2019achill\u00e9e millefeuille ou de la camomille peuvent soulager les troubles digestifs. Car en plus de rem\u00e8des doux comme l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de ou le jus de pruneaux avant le petit d\u00e9jeuner, il est possible de stimuler l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019intestin gr\u00e2ce aux sels de Sch\u00fcssler n\u00b0 7 (Magnesium phosphoricum), et n\u00b0 10 (Natrium sulfuricum) ou avec des essences spagyriques comme mandragore, cina, hydrastis. Un usage r\u00e9gulier de laxatifs provoque une paresse intestinale et peut rendre la constipation chronique.
