Comment le toucher agit-il sur la douleur, le stress et les angoisses?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Tanya Karrer<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le toucher est une comp\u00e9tence cl\u00e9 de la m\u00e9decine compl\u00e9mentaire. Des \u00e9tudes montrent que les th\u00e9rapies manuelles ont un double effet : tout d&rsquo;abord, elles contribuent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress, pr\u00e9venant ainsi les maladies cardio-vasculaires. Par ailleurs, elles apaisent les douleurs de l\u2019appareil moteur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le toucher est bien la m\u00e9thode de soins la plus ancienne de l\u2019histoire de l\u2019humanit\u00e9. Il n\u2019existe gu\u00e8re le ou la th\u00e9rapeute ou m\u00e9decin qui soigne ses patients sans contact physique. Les th\u00e9rapies par le toucher n\u2019ont rien perdu de leur popularit\u00e9 au cours de l\u2019histoire. Preuve en est la forte augmentation des \u00e9tudes cliniques annonc\u00e9es lors des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. La pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par la pauvret\u00e9 des contacts, pourrait avoir accentu\u00e9 cette tendance. Pour le seul reiki, l\u2019art japonais d\u2019imposition des mains, les enregistrements d\u2019\u00e9tudes ont doubl\u00e9 de 2019 \u00e0 2020.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Des \u00e9tudes montrent que les th\u00e9rapies manuelles ont un double effet : d\u2019une part, elles contribuent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le stress, pr\u00e9venant ainsi les maladies cardio-vasculaires.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Leur objet principal porte sur la mani\u00e8re dont les applications manuelles, tactiles, agissent sur le sentiment de douleur, sur les valeurs sanguines ou sur les angoisses et d\u00e9pressions. Depuis longtemps d\u00e9j\u00e0, on sait que l\u2019hormone de l\u2019attachement, l\u2019ocytocine, n\u2019est pas seulement lib\u00e9r\u00e9e durant la naissance pour intensifier le lien entre la m\u00e8re et l\u2019enfant, mais aussi lors d\u2019attouchements ressentis comme agr\u00e9ables.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ocytocine est le ciment entre les personnes, elle nous donne un sentiment d\u2019appartenance, de prise en charge bienveillante et de confiance, ce qui peut att\u00e9nuer le stress et, dans de nombreux cas, aussi les douleurs. Les th\u00e9rapies manuelles, quelle que soit la m\u00e9thode, ont ainsi une action pr\u00e9ventive contre les maladies li\u00e9es au stress comme les infarctus, les attaques d\u2019apoplexie ou le diab\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Therapie_craniosacrale_bien_etudiee\"><\/span>Th\u00e9rapie craniosacrale bien \u00e9tudi\u00e9e<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En Suisse, les th\u00e9rapies manuelles ne sont pas explicitement d\u00e9finies \u2013 contrairement \u00e0 l\u2019Allemagne. La physioth\u00e9rapie, la chiropraxie et l\u2019ost\u00e9opathie sont certes enseign\u00e9es chez nous \u00e0 un niveau universitaire, mais seules les deux premi\u00e8res sont rembours\u00e9es par l\u2019assurance de base. Il a pu \u00eatre d\u00e9montr\u00e9, en 2015 d\u00e9j\u00e0, dans une revue syst\u00e9matique, que la th\u00e9rapie craniosacrale et l\u2019ost\u00e9opathie apaisaient les douleurs du dos durant la grossesse.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La recherche s\u2019int\u00e9resse de plus en plus aux bienfaits du toucher.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Des registres r\u00e9pertorient actuellement plusieurs \u00e9tudes cliniques en cours sur cette forme de th\u00e9rapie centr\u00e9e sur le corps. Diverses analyses de situation s\u2019effectuent \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Point_commun_pour_la_medecine\"><\/span>Point commun pour la m\u00e9decine<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le toucher peut donc avoir deux effets simultan\u00e9s : il engendre du bien-\u00eatre et r\u00e9duit le stress sur le plan hormonal et psychique, contribuant ainsi de mani\u00e8re importante \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir diff\u00e9rentes maladies. Et, il est prouv\u00e9 que le travail et le repositionnement, par des gestes sp\u00e9ciaux, des os, des muscles, des fascias, des organes et des m\u00e9ridiens peuvent d\u00e9livrer de douleur du syst\u00e8me moteur et apaiser des maladies syst\u00e9miques. Toucher, au sens propre et figur\u00e9, est une comp\u00e9tence cl\u00e9 de la m\u00e9decine compl\u00e9mentaire.
