La partie du syst\u00e8me nerveux v\u00e9g\u00e9tatif responsable de l&rsquo;activation, le syst\u00e8me sympathique, d\u00e9clenche la r\u00e9action de combat ou de fuite. Des hormones de stress sont alors lib\u00e9r\u00e9es.
